Approve the addition of Anader Benyamin-Seeyar to the Grants Committee
Approve appointment of John Mowbray as Acting Chair Nominations and Governance Committee
Award fourteen Special Grants
Approve creation and awards for two new McNaughton Learning Resource Centres

Approve eleven McNaughton Learning Resource Centre Grants for upgrades
Approve many small updates to the Operations Manual

The ICF Board held a 1.5-hour teleconference on September 10 to;
Focus on current priorities.
No Grant applications were received for consideration at this meeting.
The Board also received the Treasurer's reports and discussed activity by all directors.
Ray Findlay, who has stepped down from the ICF, was unanimously elected Emeritus Member and gratefully acknowledged for his support and guidance to the ICF since 1996.

receives the report of the Grants committee summarizing that in 2013, the IEEE Canadian Foundation awarded Scholarships, Learning Centre Upgrade Grants, Special Grants, Women in Engineering Prize, Vehicular Technology Travel Grant, Power Quality Scholarship, IEEE Canadian Foundation Québec Science Fair Prizes and funded IEEE Canada medals - totaling $53,150.
receives the audited financial statement and investment report for 2013
approves the 2014 operating budget and appoints the auditors for 2014
The Board of Directors meeting is held on April 16, after the Annual Membership meeting and;
reappoints the current officers for a further one-year term
elects members to the operating committees
receives the treasurer 2014 preliminary budget
awards five IEEE Canadian Foundation Scholarships at $5,000 each;
