Domain Name The IEEE Canadian Foundation domain name (www.ieeecanadianfoundation.org) is registered by the foundation board of directors.
Host This site is hosted by IEEE using the Entity Web Hosting (ewh) service which is administered by the IEEE Regional Activities staff. The hosting server is http://ewh.ieee.org and the foundation URL is www.ewh.ieee.org/r7/cafoundation
Mailing Lists Mailing lists that are used to communicate with various groups of foundation volunteers and with Canadian IEEE student branches are hosted by IEEE at majordomo.ieee.org and can be requested at the following site: http://eleccomm.ieee.org/maillist.shtml
Forms Forms that are used to obtain information from student branches and their associated IEEE volunteers are processed using a standard CGI script maintained by IEEE staff and available at the following site: http://ewh.ieee.org/tools/bnbform.html
IEEE Aliases IEEE personal aliases are used by foundation volunteers and IEEE functional aliases are used for specific services. IEEE aliases can be obtained by IEEE members and IEEE entities using the following site: http://eleccomm.ieee.org
IEEE Canadian Foundation Aliases A limited number of functional aliases are used in connection with the foundation's most visible contact addresses (such as firstname.lastname@example.org). These aliases are part of the foundation's domain name service, and point to associated IEEE aliases to retain the IEEE virus protection benefit.

Costs The domain name registration is paid for by the foundation, all other above services are provided free of charge to IEEE members and IEEE volunteers whose needs meet certain guidelines (see the above links for more information).
