IEEE Canada Vehicular Technologies Research Grant

Read the entire form before you start preparing your application.   It is recommended that you create all your content in a text editor, discuss with your supervisor, and gain approval first, then cut and paste into the form.   Complete all sections of this form and press the submit button.   Only IEEE Student Members in good standing at a Canadian University or College are eligible to receive IEEE Canada Vehicular Technologies Research Grants.   The research supervisor is expected to read this completed application, and send an email message to the foundation grants committee as described below.

Step 2: Please identify the overall nature of the research program

2.1 Provide a description of the aims of the research group with regards to ongoing and past research

2.2 Provide a description of the current research projects undertaken by the group

2.3 Provide a detailed description of the proposed research

2.4 Provide a detailed explanation as to why funding is required

2.5 Enter the amount of the grant you are seeking

2.6 Since funding is limited to $1200, please indicate whether a reduced research grant
would be beneficial and acceptable to you. Yes No

Step 3: Submit your Application
... then make sure that your research supervisor sends an email message to grants@ieeecanadianfoundation.org within 24 hours of your submission stating his support of your application and verifing the accuracy of your statements in this application.
