Before you enter data please view student branch address FAQs , and current foundation listings for universities or community colleges.

Canadian IEEE student branches are asked to use this form to send corrections, updates, or missing information on the foundation pages that list URLs and e-mail addresses for branches at universities and colleges. Please send this information as soon as possible. The information requested enables the foundation to maintain contact with you electronically in order to be able to advise you of available grants and scholarships and process your applications in a timely manner. We appreciate your cooperation in completing this form completely and carefully.

Related Update Task - Most student branches have a functional email address of the form sb.carleton@ieee.org that someone in the branch maintains - it can be used to point to one or more members of your committee - to get one or to change who the alias points to - go to this IEEE site.
